On R2016b Beaglebone black embedded coder installation hangs (spins forever) while installing 3rd party software. Any ideas?

It even hangs when installing from a download. It even hangs with all firewall and anti-virus software disabled. Desperately looking for assistance. Thanks.

The obvious? Don't install that 3rd party software?
Perhaps better, contact the software source.
