separating data into rows and colums

hi, i need to read the data line by line ( but only acquire information which need to be tabulated into 27x27 matrix dimension for the data from begin scan1 until end scan27). I have found out that the scan of axis plane for each scanning is different, thus I'm taking that information to be the column. but I have difficulties in separating the bold data into different column and rows.

my original file in mcc format.
i tried to open the file using fid=fopen('DetectorArray.mcc','r'); A=fread(fid); A it displayed numerous number but not in the proper structure.

thank you :) however i am still a beginner in MATLAB so i there are some commands that i did not understand (line 4-line 6), can you explain to me? and if my original file is in mcc format, is the command will be the same?
