Arduino Sensor to a table in Matlab GUI

How will I take all the readings from the arduino and display it in a table in matlab gui where one column in the table is the time. I would like the table to be constantly updated. And there would be a pushbutton where i can save the table as a .mat file. Please help me and if you can, please show me some examples.
