Can't see licenses after payment

I made an order for licenses and have paid by card. And today is 2-nd day already but I don't have nor licenses nor even an email about my order.

I just can't believe that orders are being processed manually in Mathworks.

Is this normal?

It would be best to contact TMW Support for this - Contact Support/Contact Sales.

Just FYI - Answers forum is not an official The Mathworks support/sales channel but a hosted volunteer site; we don't have access to such details nor are in any position to offer advice/suggestions on such issues.

Though if I had to speculate, I'd say the delay might be because the last 2 days were weekends. Still your best bet is to contact TMW directly.

I personally am not surprised with the weekend although have no way to know their internal systems, of course.

But, the Answers forum is not Mathworks support channel and nobody here has ability to address these issues.

Call Mathworks Sales at <Product Support Page> to find out the status if it doesn't show up under the licensing manager or you don't get the PO acknowledgement email shortly.

I contacted support as well, but what's really suspicious is that I haven`t received any email after these actions)) Usually, order or a ticket is follofed by an email. But here is nothing.

I am just curoius, whether thisis some Mathworks style, or maybe I am frauded.

How did you contact Support? If there's a possibility something went south, your best bet is to call Sales directly, not email; I know that will take some time and they're not Sales, anyway.

I have never tried an online transaction with Mathworks for purchase, but have always received a notification email when the new license renewal is available.

Two days ago was the start of the weekend, so I'm not surprised no one has contacted you yet. Support has a goal of responding within 24 hours, but not sure about sales. Still, I would have expected at least an email receipt would be sent immediately following the transaction. Definitely follow up with sales.

There was also a large AWS outage this morning that may be impacting things.

OK, I will try to contact Sales again tomorrow. Perhaps, this is just weekend and some AWS troubles.
