MathWorks uses a staggered rollout for updates within MATLAB. If you encounter this issue, that means the update is not yet available to be installed from within MATLAB. You will be notified in MATLAB when the update is available to install.
If you require the update immediately, please speak with your License Administrator about obtaining an offline update package. This workflow allows a License Administrator to download and install an update from outside of MATLAB.
