x0=(1, 1, … , 1(5000), 0, 0, … ) , how we can input this value in matlab

I want to work on l^2 space and i just want to ask how i can input this value (1, 1, … , 15000, 0, 0, … ) i.e . a infinte dimensional array value in matlab

You cannot make an infinite array. At some maximum/ finite number you have to stop the array.
