addVoid and addCell functions are not installed when installing PDE toolbox

I installed the Partial Differential Equation "PDE" toolbox, however, several functions, for example "addVoid", are not available.

The notes at the end of the documentation page for addVoid and the documentation page for addCell states that each of those functions were added in release R2021a. According to the release information on this post you're using release R2019b. You will need to upgrade to release R2021a or later to use addVoid or addCell.
