I wanna know how to change the graph lines to dotes ?

And how do i chnage the color of the legend as well ?

Use a datetime as your x input.

If the poster wants to change the plot so the X axis is in units of date and time then I agree, they will need to call plot with two inputs where the first is a datetime array.

If the poster wants to change the plot so the lines are dotted rather than solid they can specify a line style in the plot call.

plot((1:10).^2, ':')

I think "dotes" could autocorrect to either "dates" or "dots".
