Is there any alternate ways to make payment while registering for MATLAB associate certification

Hi members, iam a final year undergraduate Mechanical Engineering student. The question is regarding the registration for the MATLAB certified Associate exam (https://in.mathworks.com/services/training/certification.html). I can find only the Global Credit Card option for payment. Since many of us might not pocess a global credit card, right? Is there any alternative for this problem (any alternate payment methods or so..). Also does students have any other discounts or considerations in this matter ?

This is not a question for Answers, but a question to pose DIRECTLY TO THE MATHWORKS. Answers is a user supported site. We are all volunteers, with generally no access to any of the information you need. (Occasoinally the correct person with the knowledge you need might look in, but that is just a lucky coincidence when it happens.) So you need to contact MathWorks.
