i want to apply LDA on ORL database (to get fisher faces),but it gives me error?

error appears in this level: invSW=inv(SW); invSW_by_SB= invSW*SB;
“Matrix is close to singular or badly scaled…” as a consequence of this problem fisherface don't appear correctly?
