I have two images of same size i.e. row and col, But it needs to cut one image horizontally where as not the other one. what the appropriate approaches to find the touch point.

It appears that Image mis-flagged your post. It is sometimes difficult to stay awake when deleting so many spam posts.

No, there was a spam by John Keen but he had attached spam to 31 other posts also, and I just didn't have time to delete them all since I was heading out the door. Looks like someone else did it before I had to.
A figure/diagram to explain what mamata wants would be helpful.
