example of Bio material Friction simulation in matlab - simulink - vrml

Dear Matlabers..

I am going to make simulation of a plastic material with bio material surface, i just wanna ask is there any examples or file exchange that related to it?? or have the same concept as my project??

it will help me a lot to grasp the fundamental techniques on how doing this in MATLAB-SIMULINK-VRML...

So sorry i cant give you the detail(due to only concept in my mind), just imagine a plastic tube move in bio surface such as skin...
