Do you want to help leading automotive OEMs and suppliers accelerate software-defined vehicle (SDV) development through modern systems and software engineering practices?
Our Application Engineering team works closely with automotive customers to adopt and scale Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Design (MBD), and verification workflows using the MATLAB® and Simulink® platform. We support customers throughout the development lifecycle, from system architecture and requirements traceability to software verification, validation, and deployment, helping organizations improve engineering productivity and comply with industry standards such as Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and ISO 26262.
직무 상세
Role & Responsibilities
You will work directly with customers and internal teams to define, demonstrate, and deploy systems and software engineering workflows for automotive development. Specifically, you will:
- Collaborate with Sales teams to plan and execute technical engagements at strategic automotive accounts.
- Support customers implementing Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) processes and model-based development workflows.
- Demonstrate and help customers adopt MBSE workflows using System Composer™ and Simulink®.
- Lead technical engagements involving system architecture, requirements traceability, verification & validation, and software quality improvement.
- Demonstrate verification and validation workflows using MathWorks testing, requirements, and fault analysis tools.
- Define project scope, technical success criteria, and adoption plans; deliver outcomes through workshops, assessments, and proof-of-concept projects.
- Gather customer requirements and collaborate with MathWorks development teams to influence product direction and solution strategies.
- Support industry marketing activities through technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer events.
최소 지원자격
- A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
추가 지원자격
- Strong desire and ability to work directly with customers and translate business challenges into actionable technical engagement plans.
- Hands-on experience with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process implementation, assessment support, or software development workflows.
- Experience with ISO 26262 Functional Safety development processes.
- Experience with embedded software development, architecture development, systems engineering, software verification, or system validation in production environments.
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts including requirements management, traceability, architecture modeling, and verification planning.
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools.
- Programming experience in C/C++.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining strong ownership and customer focus.
- Native-level Korean communication skills and business-level English communication skills.
Pluses
- Experience supporting ASPICE process areas such as SYS.2, SYS.3, SYS.4, SWE.1, SWE.2, SWE.4, and SWE.5.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR, ISO 21434, or Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) development practices.
- Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
- Experience with System Composer™, Simulink Fault Analyzer™, Simulink Test™, Requirements Toolbox™, or related verification and systems engineering tools.
- Experience with automatic code generation and deployment workflows.
