직무 상세

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled industry and tools experts.
    • Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new service offerings and address evolving customer needs.
    • Partner with various Technical Managers and oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting services, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Customer Success:
    • Collaborate with consultants and cross-functional teams to drive customer success outcomes and foster long-term client relationships.
    • Design and implement new and innovative professional service offerings that address evolving customer needs and market trends.
    • Partner with sales, pre-sales, and engineering teams to develop consulting business.
    • Articulate and communicate a clear and compelling customer value proposition to senior and executive-level decision-makers.

  • Go-to-Market Strategies:
    • Define, develop, and implement innovative go-to-market strategies and tools tailored to different customer segments (large, mid-market, small).
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industry verticals (e.g., Automotive, Industrial Automation, Aerospace & Defense, etc.).

  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
    • Oversee staff performance within a defined performance management framework.
    • Collaborate with Technical Managers and grow the consulting team through recruitment and talent development.

  • Business Development & Strategy:
    • Develop and maintain strong senior and executive-level relationships with key customer accounts.
    • Contribute to the overall sales and service strategy, collaborating with management teams to allocate resources effectively and achieve business objectives.
    • Participate in industry events and activities to enhance market visibility and build thought leadership.

  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in Korea.
  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 2 years management experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and +15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. More than 5 years management experience is required.
  • Proven track record of growing a service-related business in a technical field.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the consulting industry, ideally within the engineering or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical computing and design automation tools and their applications. Prior experience as a user of MathWorks solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Travel as required:  Travel to customer facilities and MathWorks field offices and subsidiaries up to 30% of the time
  • This position is located in Seoul
