Senior Technical Writer - Signal Processing

Job Summary

Do you have a strong aptitude and desire to write about technical topics? Do you have a signal processing and programming background? Come join a team at MathWorks that writes online help content for MATLAB users in the signal processing domain. Develop content that shows creative ways to design signal processing systems. Become part of a multidisciplinary team and help shape the design of cutting-edge software.

Responsibilities

  • Write user-focused content that explains key concepts and solutions to our end users
  • Develop examples and tutorials that use our software to solve science and engineering problems
  • Participate with the development team in the planning, specification, and testing phases of the product

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience writing for a technical audience
  • Experience working in a research or software development environment
  • Experience with MATLAB and signal processing
  • Experience with RADAR systems
