You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the software license renewal sales team including leading by example, being hands-on, and providing leadership to the team to ensure achievement of revenue targets, KPI metrics, and productivity expectations. Your experience, creativity, energy and work ethic will guide, stimulate and develop the team to fulfil their potential.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing….

  • Manage day to day operations, including performance management, call coaching to develop and motivate the team to reach productivity targets and revenue goals

     

  • Build a talent pipeline, recruit and retain the best people. Coach, motivate and develop the team to drive results and continuous improvement

     

  • Schedule and lead frequent communications through individual meetings, team meetings, workshops, functions and reviews

     

  • Oversee the team’s license renewal volumes

     

  • Collaborate with sales management team to ensure optimal support across multiple countries and territories. Submit bi-weekly forecast and provide insight on sales metrics

     

  • Co-ordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines

     

  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM: Salesforce Lightning. Provide frequent data quality checks and calibration sessions

     

  • Utilize available reports and tools (CRM system: Salesforce Lightning / order management systems/Business Objects/Power BI) to manage performance and drive improvement

     

  • Interact consistently with the sales and sales management teams including collaboration with marketing, application engineering, customer service, and sales operations. Be an active participant in worldwide sales community initiatives

     

  • Guide team in accordance with company policies and procedures

     

  • Resolve interpersonal issues and escalate when required

     

  • Work independently & proactively to avoid & resolve issues

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience is required. 2 years management experience is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Recent experience managing multilingual, multicultural team(s) within a shared sales & services or global business centre

     

  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

     

  • Forecasting and funnel management knowledge

     

  • Familiarity with software licensing and policies

     

  • Additional language skills/multilingual desired

     

  • Experience in growing a shared sales & services or global business centre including sourcing across EMEA

     

  • Experience of using CRM applications (ideally Salesforce)
