Big Picture Orientation (BPO) was designed to equip new staff members with the tools and information they need to become as effective as possible, as quickly as possible. This interactive program, facilitated by a member of senior management, exposes new staff to the entire organization, or "Big Picture." Staff members take away a clear idea of how the company operates and a better understanding of its values, culture, and history. Over the course of four and a half days, participants receive:
Every new staff member takes part in BPO within two months of starting work.
